摘要
介绍了一种新型的替代式分流模结构,并将其与传统平模结构进行分析和对比;结果表明,该结构适用范围更广,加工便利,可大大提高模具强度,是一种值得推广的模具结构。
The paper presented and analyzed the structure of a new substitutional sectional die by comparing with that of conventional solid die; the results showed that the structure has the advantages of wider range of application,convenience to the fabrication and improvement of the die strength,and it is worthy to be popularized.
