摘要
文章详细阐述了基于工业以太网的熔保炉除尘与熔保炉组之间的数据交换,通过工业以太网将熔保炉组的炉门开启状态、各区域排烟温度、天然气耗量、炉膛压力等信息传递给除尘系统,同时将除尘系统的运行状态、电能消耗等信息传递给熔保炉组,从而实现两套系统关键数据的共享,不仅提高了工厂综合自动化水平,而且通过分析熔保炉组运行数据对改善除尘系统性能、节能降耗均有十分重要的意义。
The paper highlighted data exchange between dust removal system and melting and holding furnaces based on industrial Ethernet. The information in terms of furnace door on / off,exhaust gas temperature in all sections,natural gas consumption,and hearth pressure was transmitted to dust removal system through industrial Ethernet; while the information on running state and power consumption of the dust removal system was transmitted to melting and holding furnaces,enabling key data to be shared by two systems,which could improve integrated automation level of the plant and of great relevance to improve the performance of dust removal system and save energy.
