摘要
以代工转型企业为研究对象,构建了企业学习能力、企业敏捷性对转型绩效影响的理论模型,通过问卷调查收集实证数据和运用AMOS7.0对假设模型进行了实证检验,结果验证了适应性学习能力和创新性学习能力通过企业敏捷性这一中介变量对代工企业转型绩效产生积极影响,并以创新性学习能力的影响作用为重。
Taking the OEM enterprises which experienced transformation as objects, a hypothesis model that enterprise; earning capability and business agility impact the transformation performance was proposed to explore the factors on their transformation performance. Empirical data were collected through questionnaires and hypothecs were tested through Amos7.0. The results verify that the adaptive learning ability and innovative learning ability have a positive impact on OEM business transformation performance,through variant business agility. Between the two learning abilities, innovative learning ability is more important.
