The paper firstly introduces the procedure and the enforcement of the dispute settlement system of TPP.Based on the clarification of the similarities between the dispute settlement system of TPP and that of WTO,the paper lays stress on analyzing the differences between the two,which is the monetary assessment,and discusses the main points of 'fund' and 'plan' in reference of the FTA practice of the US.The paper discusses the two value orientations of the WTO dispute settlement system- dispute settlement and efficiency,and then reviews the monetary assessment system of TPP in the view of value.In conclusion,the system is a meaningful attempt to fulfill the two value orientations in spite of its flaws.
