几种植物源杀虫剂对刚竹毒蛾幼虫的防治效果研究 被引量:15

摘要 刚竹毒蛾是为害毛竹林的重要害虫之一,为突发性害虫。为探寻其科学的防治技术措施,于2015年在毛竹林中采用喷粉技术施用1.1%苦参碱粉剂,药剂用量为22.5kg/hm^2,采用喷烟技术施放5%桉油精可溶液烟雾剂、烟碱·苦参碱烟雾剂、苦参碱烟雾剂,药剂用量均为750mL/hm^2,对4龄前的刚竹毒蛾幼虫进行林间防治试验。结果表明:施药后2d,4种药剂的防治效果均达90%以上,表明4种药剂均具有高效杀虫作用,可应用于防治刚竹毒蛾幼虫。试验结果可为生产上制定环保、经济、高效并与林区林业生产水平相适应的害虫防治措施提供借鉴。 Pantana phyllostachysae is one of the most major pests threatening moso bamboo forest,which often outbreaks.In order to explore the scientific prevention technology measures,the matrine powder with the concentration of 1.1% was sprayed using smoke spray technology,with the dosage being 22.5kg/hm-2,and the 5% eucalyptol solution aerosol,nicotine and matrine,matrine aerosol were applied with the dosage at 750 mL/hm-2 in 2015,with the purpose to prevent and control the P.phyllostachysae larvae of 3 instar in moso bamboo forest.The results showed that the 4 types of pesticides could prevent and control over 90% of P.phyllostachysae larvae 2 d after application.This indicated that they have high insecticidal effect,and could be used for controlling P.phyllostachysae larvae.The test results could provide references for the environmental,economical and efficient pest control which also suits the forestry production level in moso bamboo forest regions.
