摘要
长距离复合曲线顶管在穿越黄浦江的施工过程中,存在地质条件变化、穿越地上构筑物、有毒有害气体等复杂作业环境引起的安全风险。当长距离过江管管节发生渗水事件后,需要采用气压法对隧道进行泥砂清理和线形调整。而气压法施工又存在作业人员减压病、压气环境下急救困难等风险管理问题。在全隧道0.256 MPa气压环境下采用顶升系统配合打土线形调整施工方案并没有类似工程实例可以参考借鉴,施工存在高风险性及不确定性。因此,在方案实施之前,根据现场实际工况、专家论证及施工经验,应用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法对影响工程及人员安全影响因素建立层次结构模型,确定各影响因素的权重并排序,有针对性地进行风险管理。
During the construction process of the long-distance composite curve jacking pipe crossing the Huangpu River,there are safety risks caused by the complex operating environment,such as the change of geological conditions,the crossing of structures on the ground,toxic and harmful gases.When the long-distance crossing the river section occurs after the water seepage,the need for air pressure on the tunnel for silt clean-up and linear adjustment.The pressure of the construction and there are operating personnel decompression sickness,pressure gas environment,first aid difficulties and other risk management issues.Under the 0.256 MPa air pressure of the whole tunnel,the jacking system is adopted in combination with the method of adjusting the soil alignment.There are no similar engineering examples for reference.The construction has high risk and uncertainties.Therefore,according to the actual working conditions,expert demonstration and construction experience,the AHP method combining qualitative and quantitative methods is used to establish the hierarchical structure model to influence the engineering and personnel safety factors,and to determine the weight of each influencing factor and sort,Targeted to carry out risk management.
