摘要
适配体是一类短的单链寡核苷酸,其独特的空间结构可以作用于多种靶分子,具有高亲和力、高特异性、无免疫原性和易体外合成等优点,在药物传递及肿瘤诊疗方面已经取得较大的研究进展。目前已有一定数量的前列腺癌适配体被筛选合成,并有一部分用于商品化。该文就前列腺癌适配体相关的研究进展作一介绍,以期为将来更加深入的研究及临床应用提供参考。
Aptamer is a category of short single-stranded oligonucleotide,which can act upon multi-ple target molecules due to unique spatial structure. It possesses high affinity,high specificity,no immunogenicity and convenient in vitro synthesis,etc. Significant research progress has been accomplished in terms of drug delivery and diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors. At present,a certain quantity of aptamers against prostate cancer has been screened and synthesized,and partial products are even commercially available. This article briefly reviews the research progress of aptamers for prostate cancer,aiming to provide reference for subsequent research and clinical application of aptamer.
