前列地尔及依帕司他治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿效果探讨

目的：探讨前列地尔及依帕司他治疗早期2型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿效果.方法：选取2015年2月至2016年2月在我院接受治疗的84例早期2型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者作为研究对象,两组患者都进行积极的对症治疗,在此基础上对照组患者增加前列地尔进行治疗,而观察组采用前列地尔联合依帕司他方案进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗的效果.结果：治疗2个月之后对患者治疗的效果进行评价,观察组患者取得了更好的治疗效果,明显优于对照组P〈0.05,有统计学意义.结论：在常规治疗的基础上,采用前列地尔联合依帕司他方案对早期2型糖尿病肾病蛋白尿患者进行治疗可以提高治疗的效果,改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床上推广和应用.
