青年高血压合并房颤患者中胱抑素C含量的变化及意义

目的：研究青年高血压合并房颤患者中胱抑素C（CysC）的含量的变化.方法：入选2013.1—2016.1在锦州市中心医院心内科就诊的青年高血压患者（年龄〈45岁）,合并房颤患者136例,对照组为青年高血压窦性心律患者142例,将两组患者资料进行对照分析.结果：1.青年高血压合并房颤组CysC高于对照组（P〈0.05）,而两组肌酐（Cr）未见明显差异（P〉0.05）.2.青年高血压合并房颤组左房内径（LA）、左室舒张末期内径（LVDD）均大于对照组（P〈0.05）.3.将CysC与LA、CysC与LVDD进行直线相关分析,
