微针导入氨甲环酸并联合Q开关1064nm激光治疗黄褐斑疗效观察

目的：对微针联合Q开关1064nm激光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效予以探究并剖析.方法：随机选取94例黄褐斑患者作为实验对象,均为我院皮肤科自2014年4月至2015年4月期间所接收,将其按照不同治疗方案,均分成两组,激光治疗（对照组,n=62）与联合治疗（观察组,n=32）的临床疗效展开探讨.结果：治疗效率方面方面,观察组为96.88%,对照组为81.25%,两组对比,观察组显著优于对照组,组间差异经X2检验后,证明P〈0.05.结论：微针联合Q开关1064nm激光治疗黄褐斑的应用效果较好,在临床上有推广和普及的价值.
