255例漏斗胸NUSS手术围手术期护理体会

目的探讨漏斗胸NUSS手术治疗漏斗胸的术后护理方法.方法回顾255例漏斗胸行NUSS手术治疗围手术期的护理措施和出院指导.结果255例漏斗胸成功施行NUSS手术,225例正常出院,平均术后6天,21例住院天数延长到术后9至11天,3例发生矫形板移位,2例发生排斥反应被迫取出钢板.结论有目的,有计划的护理措施及康复指导是漏斗胸术后恢复成功的重要保证.

objective to explore the funnel chest NUSS procedure postoperative nursing approachs for the treatment of funnel chest. Methods review 255 cases of funnel chest line NUSS surgery for the treatment of perioperative nursing and discharge guidance. Successfully implemented NUSS results of 255 cases of funnel chest surgery, 225 cases of normal hospital, an average of six days postoperatively, 21 cases of hospitalization days extended to nine to eleven days postoperatively, 3 cases of orthopedic plate shifting, reactions in 2 cases were forced to take out the steel plate. Conclusion purposeful, systematic nursing and rehabilitation instruction is funnel chest recovery is the important guarantee of success.
