雄激素拮抗剂氟他胺在先天性肾上腺皮质增生症治疗中应用

探索雄激素拮抗剂氟他胺在先天性肾上腺皮质增生症治疗中应用。方法：选取我院2015 年3 月份-2016 年4 月份收治的先天性肾上腺皮质增生症患者32 例，在患者原糖皮激素治疗治疗不发生任何变动的情况下，采用氟他胺7.5-10mg/（kgod）治疗6 个月之后，观察患者诊治前后的临床指标变化。结果：氟他胺联合治疗后，患者的血睾酮、血17-羟孕酮, 均呈现不同程度的下降。结论：研究表明雄激素拮抗剂氟他胺在先天性肾上腺皮质增生症治疗中应用，可以使先天性肾上腺皮质增生症患者生长速率恢复正常值，改善患者高雄激素血症。

objective： to explore the androgenant agonist fluorine he amine application in the treatment of congenital adrenal cortex hyperplasia .Selection methods： our hospital from March 2015 to April 2015 were 32 patients with congenital adrenal cortex hyperplasia, raw sugar skin hormone therapy treatment in the patients without any change, using fluorine he amine 7.5 - 10 mg （DHS d） after 6 months of treatment, the clinical indicators before and after treatment were observed. Results： fluorine he amine after combined treatment, the patient’s blood testosterone, blood 17 - hydroxyprogesterone, present different degrees of decline. Conclusion： the study shows that androgen antagonist fluorine he amine application in the treatment of congenital adrenal cortex hyperplasia, can make the patients with congenital adrenal cortex hyperplasia restore normal growth rate, high androgen levels, improve patients.
