优质护理服务应用于骨科病房中的护理效果观察

目的：观察并分析在骨科病房临床护理的过程中,总结优质护理体会,并评价护理效果.方法：将我院自2014年6月—2015年12月期间收治的78例骨科患者作为研究对象,随机分组护理.结果：两组患者在经过不同的护理治疗后,调查患者的护理满意度发现,采用优质护理的试验组患者满意度为97.4%（38/39）,明显优于常规护理的对照组76.9%（30/39）,差异显著（P〈0.01）.经统计两组患者护理后的抑郁、焦虑及疼痛评分情况发现,应用优质护理的试验组患者的各项指标均显著优于对照组,差异显著（P〈0.05）.且应用优质护理的试验组患者的各项指标均显著优于对照组,如基础和专科护理、消毒隔离等,差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论：在骨科病房临床护理的过程中,应用优质护理的临床护理效果显著,可有效改善患者的相关临床指标,提升护理质量,应广泛推广.

objective： To observe and analyze the process of clinical nursing in the Department of orthopedics ward, summarize the experience of high quality nursing, and evaluate the effect of nursing. Method： Our hospital since June 2014 -2015 December 78 cases of patients admitted to the Department of orthopedics as the research object, the random grouping of nursing.Result： Two groups of patients after different treatment and nursing, nursing satisfaction survey of patients found that the quality of nursing care of experimental group, patient satisfaction was 97.4% （38 / 39）, was significantly better than the routine nursing group and the control group was 76.9% （30 / 39）, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.01）. Statistics of two groups of patients with depression, anxiety and pain score found that the application of quality care in the test group of patients were significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. And the application of quality care of patients in the test group were significantly better than the control group, such as the basis of nursing, disinfection and isolation, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. conclusion： In the process of clinical nursing in the Department of orthopedics ward, the clinical nursing effect of high quality nursing is remarkable, can effectively improve the patient’s related clinical indicators, improve the quality of care, should be widely spread.
