浅谈关于白内障超声乳化摘除手术的体会

目的：对白内障超声乳化摘除＋人工晶体植入术前、手术中、手术后注意事项进行探讨,以探索提升手术效果的办法.方法：选取从2015年2月到2016年3月在我院行白内障超声乳化摘除＋人工晶体植入手术的166例患者作为研究对象,对其手术疗效及术后并发症情况进行分析.结果：经过超声乳化手术,患者术后视力≥0.5以上的有158例,占95.18,发生后囊破裂、角膜水肿等并发症者有9例,占5.42%.结论：白内障超声乳化摘除＋人工晶体植入术在白内障治疗中具有十分显著的效果,且能够降低术后并发症发生率.

Objective： To phacoemulsification ＋ intraocular lens before implantation, surgery, post-operative considerations are discussed in order to explore ways to enhance the effect of surgery. Methods： From February 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation 166 patients as research subjects, were analyzed surgery and postoperative complications. Results： After phacoemulsification, patients with visual acuity ≥0.5 more than 158 cases, accounting for 95.18, posterior capsule rupture occurred, corneal edema and other complications in 9 cases, accounting for 5.42%. Conclusion： Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation has a very significant effect in the treatment of cataracts, and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
