精神科药品不良反应报告分析

目的：为了对医院精神科药品的不良反应进行分析,为实际临床应用提供参考.提高用药的安全性.方法：选取医院 2013 年至2014 年收治患者的病例,对其中使用精神科药品所导致药品不良反应的情况,进行分类统计与分析.结果：统计结果表明,药品不良反应临床表现为中枢神经与外周神经系统、肝胆系统、肠胃功能以及血液皮肤系统遭受损坏.发生精神科药品ADR的人群中,男女比例为1：0.85. 结论：要对精神科药品,进行严格的安全监测,临床用药需要科学合理.保障患者用药的安全.

Objective： To analyze the adverse drug reactions in the psychiatric department of the hospital, and provide reference for the clinical application to improve the safety of drug use. Methods： Selected the patients in our hospital from 2013 to 2014, and then analyzed the adverse drug reactions of them. Results： The statistical outcomings showed that the clinical manifestations of adverse drug reactions mainly in the central nervous system, liver and gallbladder system, gastrointestinal function and blood skin system.The proportion of men and women is 1：0.85 for the occurrence of ADR in the psychiatric department. Conclusion： We must have strict safety monitoring, and clinical medicine need to be scientific and reasonable, so that to protect the safety of patients with medication.
