果酸联合LED-红蓝光治疗痤疮的临床疗效观察

目的：探讨果酸联合LED-红蓝光治疗痤疮的临床疗效.方法：选取2015年1月到2015年12月的痤疮患者共78例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果：研究表明,观察组患者的临床总有效率为92.30%,明显优于对照组的61.54%,组间存在较大差异,具统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：临床上治疗痤疮时,果酸联合LED-红蓝光治疗具有显著疗效,且安全性高,不良反应少,值得在临床上大力推广和使用.

Objective： To explore the clinical curative effect of acid joint LED red and blue light in the treatment of acne. Methods： a total of 2015 January to December 2015 acne patients a total of 78 cases, were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, 39 cases in each group, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect. Results： the study showed that observation group patients, the clinical total efficiency was 92.30%, obviously superior to 61.54% in the control group, group exist bigger difference, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： clinical treatment for acne, fruit acid combined LED red and blue light treatment has a significant effect and safety of high adverse should be less , it is worth to be popularized and used in clinic.
