米诺环素在皮肤性病治疗中的临床特点研究

目的探讨米诺环素对于皮肤性病治疗是否有效,在治疗中有哪些特点,是否值得在临床中推广.方法选取2015年3-12月前来我院就诊的270例皮肤性病患者,根据疾病类型的不同,分成5个组别,每个组别54人,然后给予在相同的疗程内给予米诺环素用药,对每个组别的治疗效果进行对比研究.结果通过治疗方法对比可知,淋病组的总有效率为65%,非淋球菌性尿道炎组的总有效率为80%,痤疮组的总有效率为72%,皮肤感染组的总有效率为76%,宫颈炎组总有效率为72%,淋病组与其它四组的治疗效果具有差异（P〈0.05）,其它四组之间不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论通过五个组别的治疗效果比较可以得出米诺环素在对治疗淋病上效果不是很明显,而其它四个小组效果明显,说明米诺环素抵抗病菌的能力强,对于大部分皮肤性病的不同类型病种治疗有着显著效果.

Objective： To investigate minocycline is valid for skin and venereal disease treatment. In treatment with what characteristics, whether it is worth in clinical promotion. Methods ：2015 3-12 months came to our hospital of 270 cases of dermatosis and venereal disease, according to the different types of diseases, divided into five groups, each group of 54 people, then give given minocycline treatment in the same period, the treatment effect of each group makes a comparative study. By comparing the results of the treatment of gonorrhea group the total effective rate was 65%, non gonococcal urethritis group in the total efficiency of 80%, acne group total effective rate was 72%, the skin infection group, the total effective rate was 76%, cervicitis group total effective rate was 72%, gonorrhea group and other four groups of treatment has the difference （P 〈 0.05）, the other four groups were not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05） and compare the therapeutic effect of the five groups through the conclusion can be drawn on the effect of minocycline in the treatment of gonorrhea is not very obvious, but the other four group effect, said ability strong resistance to bacteria that minocycline, has a significant effect for different types of disease treatment of most skin venereal disease.
