甲状腺球蛋白在分化型甲状腺癌诊治中的作用

目的：对甲状腺球蛋白在分化型甲状腺癌诊治中的作用予以探究并剖析.方法：选取分化型甲状腺癌患者共 56 例作为实验对象,均为我院自2014 年7 月至2015 年 7月期间所接收, 均采用血清甲状腺球蛋白诊断检测,对其诊断应用效果进行探讨.结果：在行甲状腺全切除或近全切除术去除腺体治疗中,应用血清甲状腺球蛋白对区分化型甲状腺癌有一定的帮助.结论：采用甲状腺球蛋白诊断分化型甲状腺癌的应用效果较好,在临床上有推广和普及的价值.

objective： to thyroglobulin in the role of diagnosis and treatment of differentiated thyroid carcinoma to explore and analyze. Selection methods： a total of 56 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer as experimental object, all of our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 received, adopt the serum thyroglobulin diagnostic testing, the diagnosis application effect were discussed. Results： in total excision of the thyroid gland or subtotal resection to remove glands treatment, serum thyroglobulin was applied to zone in differentiated thyroid cancer has certain help. Conclusion： the application of thyroglobulin in the diagnosis of differentiated thyroid cancer effect is good, has the promotion and popularization value in clinic.
