45例胆囊管半切开技术在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用

目的：研究胆囊管半切开技术在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果.方法：选取 2014 年 6 月～2015年 12 月在我院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的 45 例患者为研究对象,在手术过程中,采用胆囊管半切开技术对患者进行治疗,研究其治疗效果.结果：术后一个月所有患者均没有出现皮肤巩膜挂黄染、腹痛后发热以及腰背部疼痛不适等现象,恢复良好.结论：胆囊管半切开技术在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果显著,值得推广.

Objective： To study the application effect of the technique of half incision of cystic duct in laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods June 2014 to 2015 December in our hospital underwent laparoscopic gallbladder resection of the 45 patients as the research object, in operation process, the gallbladder tube semi open technology for the treatment of patients, to study the treatment effect. Results： after one month, all patients did not appear the phenomenon of skin and scleral hanging yellow stain, abdominal pain, fever and back pain of the waist and back, and so on. Conclusion： the application of the technique of half incision of cystic duct in laparoscopic cholecystectomy is significant, and it is worth popularizing.
