摘要
目的:研究不同性别护理组组长搭配管理模式在临床急诊护理工作中的应用以及效果评价.方法:在 2015年,将我院急诊科 10 个护理小组,均设立不同性别的双组长的管理模式与2014年实施单人组长管理模式相比较,比较两个年度医患纠纷发生次数,护理质量检查合格率以及患者满意度的变化结果:2015年采取不同性别护理组长搭配管理模式后,较2014年患者纠纷次数明显减少,迎接护理质量检查合格率以及患者满意度显著提高.结论:实施不同性别护理组组长搭配的管理模式,能够显著的减少医患纠纷发生次数,提高护理质量和患者满意度,有助于急诊护理工作的开展,这新型急诊护理管理模式有望在全国急诊护理范围内的推广应用.
Objective To study the application and effect evaluation of different gender nursing group leader collocation management model in clinical emergency nursing work.Methods in 2015, the emergency department of our hospital 10 nursing team, have been set up double head of the management mode of different gender and 2014 implementation mode of the single and group management, compared, the comparison of two annual medical dispute occurrence and nursing quality inspection qualified rate and patient satisfaction with the changes of the: 2015 to take different gender of nurse team leader management pattern matching, the 2014 the patient dispute frequency decreased significantly and meet the nursing quality inspection qualified rate and patient satisfaction improved significantly.Results after 2015, different gender nursing team leader with management model, the number of patients with a significant reduction in the number of disputes, to meet the quality of care to check the pass rate and patient satisfaction improved significantly.Conclusion to implement the mix of different gender nursing group leader management mode and can significantly reduce the occurrence of medical disputes, improve the quality of nursing and patient satisfaction, to carry out the emergency nursing work, this kind of emergency nursing management mode is expected to within the scope of the emergency nursing in popularization and application.
