NICU护理风险相关因素分析及防范对策

目的：为了降低护理风险的发生率,为患者提供安全的优质服务.方法：分析护理风险事件发生的原因并提出相应对策.结果：通过了解和分析护理工作过程中的主要风险因素,并且针对不同的风险因素提出相应的应对措施,对护理人员进行综合的培训和强化,提高了护士的风险意识及业务水平,减少了护理差错的发生.结论：加强对护理人员专业知识水平和急救工作基础知识的培训,强化对护理人员专业理论和操作等方面的培训,及时的沟通交流,建立良好的护患关系,及时监测患者的病情变化情况,避免出现异常,提升护理人员的风险意识和业务水平,这些措施都会对降低风险事件的发生起到积极的促进作用.

Objective： To reduce the risk of incidence of care for patients and safe services. Methods： analysis of the reasons nursing risk events and the corresponding countermeasures. Results： By understanding and analyzing nursing process of the main risk factors, and put forward corresponding measures for different risk factors, the nursing staff and comprehensive training to strengthen and improve the level of business risk awareness and nurses, reducing nursing errors occur.
