免疫吸附治疗红斑狼疮的护理

目的：对免疫吸附治疗红斑狼疮的护理效果的研究探讨.方法：在我院选取自 2014 年 3 月至2015 年 12 月的患者38 例,其中男性患者为6 例,女性患者为22 例.随机将38例患者分为两组,分别为对照组和实验组,每组19例患者.对照组患者采用常规的护理方法,实验组患者采用优质护理方法.结果：实验组患者对于护理的满意度明显高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：对用免疫吸附治疗红斑狼疮的患者采用优质护理方法,不仅能够提升患者的治疗效果,还能够提高患者对于护理工作的满意度,可以大范围的在临床上进行推广.

Objective： To study the effect of nursing immunoadsorption lupus discussion. Method： In our hospital selected 38 patients from March 2014 to December 2015, in which 6 male patients, female patients 32 cases. 38 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group, 19 patients in each group. The control group were treated with conventional approachs of care in the experimental group were treated with high-quality nursing. Results： The patients’ satisfaction for the care of patients was significantly higher, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of patients with lupus immunosorbent assay approach using high-quality care, not only can improve patient outcomes, but also can improve patient satisfaction with care work can be carried out large-scale promotion in clinical practice.
