产后尿潴留的预防及护理体会

目的：对产后尿潴留预防及护理效果的分析与探讨.方法：自 2014 年 10月至 2015年10 月,从我院所收治的产后尿潴留患者中选取 60 例患者参与研究,分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者采用常规护理,实验组患者采用优质护理,观察护理效果,进行对比分析. 结果：实验组的护理总有效率明显优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：采用优质护理方法对于提升护理效果,预防患者患病具有显著优势,值得推广.

OBJECTIVE： Analysis and discussion of postpartum urinary retention and preventive care benefits. Methods： From October 2014 to October 2015, selected from postpartum urinary retention in patients treated my Institutes in 60 patients participated in the study were divided into control and experimental group, the control group were treated with routine care, the experimental group were treated with quality care, observation and nursing effects were analyzed. Results： Nursing experimental group total effective rate was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The quality of nursing care to enhance the effect, the prevention of illness in patients with significant advantages, worthy of promotion.
