家庭访视及护理指导对抑郁症患者依从性及临床疗效的影响

目的：探索分析家庭访视、护理指导在抑郁症患者治疗中对患者治疗依从性与临床疗效的影响.方法：对110 例抑郁症患者分组给予相同的抗抑郁药物治疗,对照组每周给予常规问询与记录,观察组患者由专业护理人员每周定期进行家庭访视与护理指导,连续1个月后评价患者治疗依从性,并用HAMD24 抑郁程度评价表对患者进行抑郁程度评估.结果：除遵医嘱服药情况2组患者基本一致外,其余情况包括参与文体活动、思维改变、情绪调节、家庭支持以及规律生活情况,观察组依从性得到明显提高,p〈0.05.观察组患者治疗后HAMD24评分为（3.37±1.83）分,显著低于对照组评分（17.08±4.53）,p〈0.05.结论：利用家庭访视与护理指导对正接受药物治疗的抑郁患者进行干预治疗,可以有效提高其抗抑郁疗效,提高患者治疗依从性.

Objective： To explore the influence of Family visits, care and guidance in the treatment of patients with depression on patient compliance and clinical efficacy of the treatment. Methods： 110 patients with depression given the same group of antidepressants, the control group given weekly routine inquiry and recorded by healthcare professionals to observe patients regular home visits and nursing instruction a week for a month after the evaluation of patients with treatment compliance, with the degree of depression HAMD24 evaluation form to assess the extent of depression patient. Results： In addition to prescribed medication consistent case the two groups of patients, the rest of the case including participation in sports activities, change thinking, emotional adjustment, family support, and the law of life, the study group has been markedly improved compliance, p 〈0.05. After the observation group patients HAMD24 score was （3.37 ± 1.83） points, the score was significantly lower than the control group （17.08 ± 4.53）, p 〈0.05. Conclusion： Nursing home visit with the guidance of depressed patients are receiving drug treatment intervention therapy can effectively improve its antidepressant efficacy, improve patient treatment compliance.
