多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗慢阻肺对肺功能的影响研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:对多索茶碱与噻托溴铵粉联合治疗慢阻肺对肺功能的影响进行研究分析.方法:本次的研究对象是我院2014年12月-2016年2月期间收治的96例慢阻肺患者.所有患者均采用动态随机化分法,分为研究组48例和对照组48例.对照组患者使用多索茶碱治疗,一组患者在多索茶碱的基础上联合噻托溴铵粉治疗(研究组),观察对比两组慢阻肺患者不良反应发生情况与治疗前后肺功能各指标情况.结果:结果得知,研究组不良反应发生率(6.25%)明显低于对照组,P值小于0.05;研究组与对照组治疗前肺功能各指标对比区别较小,P值大于0.05;研究组治疗后FEV1为(2.46±0.30)L、FVC为(2.51±0.27)L、FEV1/FVC为(63.51±7.10)%,明显优于对照组,P值小于0.05.结论:采用多索茶碱联合噻托溴铵粉对慢阻肺患者进行治疗后,不良反应较少,能有效改善患者肺功能情况,在临床上可以广泛应用. Objective: of doxofylline and Sai supporting effect of bromide powder for combination therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung function were analyzed. Methods: the research object was 96 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted in our hospital from December 2014 to February,. All patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, 48 cases and 48 cases. The control group was treated with doxofylline the treatment, a group of patients on the basis of doxofylline combined with thiazide supporting bromide powder treatment (Study Group) were compared two groups of slow resistance pulmonary adverse reactions in patients with treatment, and lung function before and after the index. Results: results show that, the adverse reaction incidence of study group (6.25%) was significantly lower than that of the control group, P value less than 0.05; study group and the control group before treatment, pulmonary function every index contrast difference is small, P 〉 0.05; study group after the treatment of FEV1 for (246 + 0.30) l, FVC for (2.51 + 0.27) l, FEV1 / FVC as (63.51 + 7.10)%, significantly higher than that of the control group, P value less than 0.05. Conclusion: using doxofylline combined tiotropium bromide powder for the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, less adverse reaction, can effectively improve the pulmonary function and in clinical practice can be widely used.
