摘要
目的:探析人性化管理在脑外科护理管理中临床应用效果.方法:选取我院100例脑外科患者,将其随即分为两组,即对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组采用常规护理方式,观察组实施人性化管理模式,对两组患者护理效果以及患者满意度进行对比.结果:观察组患者总满意度为96.00%,总有效率为92.00%;对照组患者总满意度为86.00%,总有效率为84.00%.观察组明显优于对照组,两组对比具有统计学意义(P 〈0.05).结论:人性化管理模式在脑外科护理管理中,能够有效的提高患者的满意度,减少感染率、并发症发生率等,对患者的康复具有显著的疗效.
Objective: humane management of clinical effect in brain surgery nursing management. Methods: 100 cases in our hospital patients with brain surgery, which were randomly divided into two groups, namely control group and observation group, 50 cases in each group. Control group with conventional care approach, the observation group to implement humane management, the effect of the two groups of patient care and patient satisfaction were compared. Results: The overall patient satisfaction was 96.00%, the total effective rate was 92.00%; the control group of patients overall satisfaction was 86.00%, the total effective rate was 84.00%. Observation group than the control group, between two groups was statistically significant (P 〈0.05).
Conclusion: humane management in brain surgery nursing management, can effectively improve patient satisfaction, reduced infection rates, incidence of complications, etc., for the rehabilitation of patients having a significant effect.
