护理干预联合同伴教育对改善艾滋病患者治疗依从性的效果评价

摘要 目的:探讨在艾滋病患者护理工作中应用护理干预联合同伴教育对患者治疗依从性产生的影响.方法:选择我院2013年4月-2015年6月88例艾滋病患者为对象.接受单纯整体护理的44例患者为对照组,接受护理干预+同伴教育的44例患者为观察组.对比分析2组患者接受相应护理干预后的治疗依从性.结果:观察组患者治疗完全依从率为43.18%,明显高于护理前的27.27%,也高于对照组的25.00%,存在显著性差异(P 〈0.05).结论:有效的护理干预和同伴教育可以提高艾滋病患者治疗依从性,提高治疗效果. objective: to study the application of nursing intervention in HIV/AIDS patients nursing joint peer education to patients with the impact of treatment adherence. Methods:from April 2013 - June 2015, 88 cases of HIV/AIDS patients as an object. Accept pure whole nursing of 44 patients as control group, nursing intervention + 44 patients as observation group peer education. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients after accepting the corresponding nursing intervention treatment adherence. Results: observation group patients fully compliance rate was 43.18%, significantly higher than the 27.27% before treatment, there are 25.00% higher than that of control group, significant difference (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: effective nursing intervention and peer education can improve the treatment adherence HIV/AIDS patients and to improve therapeutic effect.
