分析妇科千金片结合复方甲硝唑栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果

目的：探究妇科千金片结合复方甲硝唑栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效.方法：选取自2014年3月到2015年12月在当地妇幼保健院就诊并确诊为慢性宫颈炎的64名患者随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组32例.给予对照复方甲硝唑栓治疗,给药方式为阴道给药;实验组则在给予复方甲硝唑栓治疗的基础上同时采用妇科千金片,复方甲硝唑栓的用药方式为阴道给药,妇科千金片的给药方式为口服.两组观察疗程4周,期间观察并对比分析两组患者的治疗效果及产生的不良反应.结果：实验组治疗整体有效率为90.63%,无患者出现不良反应;对照组治疗整体有效率为71.88%,且有两人出现不良反应.结合两组患者的治疗中及治疗后的情况比较,差异显著,P〈0.05,具有统计学意义.结论：采用妇科千金片结合复方甲硝唑栓治疗慢性宫颈炎效果明显优于单独给予复方甲硝唑栓治疗治疗效果,对指导临床用药具有重要意义.

Objective： To explore Qianjinpian binding compound metronidazole suppository clinical efficacy of the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods： from March 2014 to December 2015 in the local maternity and child care hospital and diagnosed as chronic cervicitis 64 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 32 cases in each group. Results： The overall effective rate of treatment group 90.63%, no patients had adverse reactions; the control group overall effective rate was 71.88%, and there are two adverse reactions. Combining two groups of patients in the treatment of the case and after treatment comparison, the difference was significant, P 〈0.05, statistically significant. Conclusion： Qianjinpian binding compound metronidazole suppository treatment of chronic cervicitis is better than the separate administration of compound metronidazole suppository therapeutic effect has important implications for clinical medicine.
