桂枝茯苓胶囊口服加中药外敷治疗甲状腺结节的疗效观察

目的：探讨桂枝茯苓胶囊口服加中药外敷治疗甲状腺结节的疗效观察.方法：选取在2015年4月-2016年3月在我院治疗的86例甲状腺结节患者作为研究对象,按照治疗的先后顺序分为常规组和研究组,两组患者各43例.常规组患者接受桂枝茯苓胶囊口服治疗,研究组患者在常规组的基础上,加中药外敷治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果：研究组患者临床治疗总有效率优于常规组.研究组治疗显效17例,治疗有效24例,治疗无效2例,临床治疗总效率为93.02%,常规组治疗显效14例,治疗有效21例,治疗无效8例,临床治疗总效率为81.39%,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：甲状腺结节患者接受桂枝茯苓胶囊口服加中药外敷治疗,治疗效果显著,疗效可靠,能够有效的促进患者恢复,在临床治疗上值得适应和推广.

objective： to study the cassia twig tuckahoe capsule orally and curative effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of thyroid nodule. Selection methods： in April 2015 - March 2016 in our hospital treated 86 cases of patients with thyroid nodule as the research object, according to the order of treatment of divided into normal group and the team, 43 cases with two groups of patients. Cassia twig tuckahoe capsule oral therapy in patients with normal group, group patients on the basis of the conventional group, add Chinese medicine external treatment, compared two groups of patients with the clinical therapeutic effect. Results： the total effective rate team in patients with clinical therapy is superior to the conventional group.Group treatment of 17 cases were markedly effective, effective 24 cases, treatment is invalid in 2 cases, the clinical total efficiency is 93.02%, 14 cases were markedly effective, routine treatment group treat 21 cases, treated 8 cases, the clinical total efficiency was 81.39%, the difference statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： patients with thyroid nodule accept cassia twig tuckahoe capsule oral Chinese medicine external treatment, treatment effect significant, reliable curative effect, can effectively promote the patient recover, worthy of adaptation and promotion in clinical treatment.
