白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效分析

目的：对白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效进行分析.方法：以我院2014年4月～2016年3月收治的50例（50眼）闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗,观察患者术后眼压、视力、前房深度、抗青光眼用药数以及内皮细胞密度的变化情况.结果：所有患者术后眼压、视力、前房深度、抗青光眼用药数以及内皮细胞密度均有所改善,上述指标与治疗前对比,p值小于0.05.结论：白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼合并白内障的临床疗效显著.

Objective： cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation angle-closure glaucoma with cataract clinical efficacy analysis. Method： In our hospital in April 2014 ~ March 2016 were treated 50 cases （50） angle closure glaucoma and cataract patients for the study, all patients were treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation were observed in patients IOP, visual acuity, anterior chamber depth, the number of anti-glaucoma medication and changes in endothelial cell density. Results： All patients IOP, visual acuity, anterior chamber depth, the number of anti-glaucoma drugs, and endothelial cell density were improved, the index before treatment comparison, p value less than 0.05. Conclusion： Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for treatment of angle-closure glaucoma with cataract significant clinical effect.
