联合血清降钙素原检测及细菌培养在下呼吸道疾病诊断中的效果评价

目的：探析细菌培养联合血清降钙素原（PCT）检测在下呼吸道疾病诊断中的临床价值.方法：选择下呼吸道疾病患者89例为观察组,再选择同期体检的健康者61例为对照组,比较两组检测结果.结果：与细菌感染组比较,对照组和非细菌感染组的降钙素原水平较低,组间对比差异明显（P〈0.05）;同时,非细菌感染组和细菌感染组的痰培养阳性率比较差异显著（P〈0.05）.结论：临床上运用细菌培养与血清降钙素原检测对下呼吸道疾病进行诊断,不仅可以提高准确率,还可以为治疗提供有效依据,具有一定的推广价值.

objective： to analyze bacterial culture combined serum calcitonin original （PCT） in the diagnosis of respiratory disease clinical value. Methods： choose 89 patients with respiratory diseases as the observation group, under the choice again during the same period of 61 cases of healthy subjects as control group, compared two groups of test outcomings. Results：compared with bacterial infection group, control group and non bacterial infection group of the low level of calcitonin original, comparing differences between group significantly （P 〈 0.05）; At the same time, the bacterial infection and bacterial infection group of sputum culture positive rate more significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the clinical use of bacterial culture and serum calcitonin original detection of lower respiratory tract disease diagnosis, not only can improve the accuracy, can also provide effective basis for treatment, has a certain popularization value.
