对2630株细菌的分析及控制

摘要 目的了解医院内细菌和多重耐药菌的分布情况,为临床治疗合理用药和制定医院感染控制措施提供依据.方法使用 V-IPE2全自动微生物监定药敏仪进行菌种鉴定和药敏试验,对分离的细菌和多药耐药菌的分布进行调查分析.结果共分离出病原菌2630株,阳性率为21.81%;前5位分别是肺炎克雷伯菌(411株),白色念珠菌(381株),大肠埃希氏菌(337株),铜绿假单胞菌(305株),鲍曼不动杆菌(163株).这些病原菌主要分布在医院的重症监护室、呼吸内科,神经外科,急诊监护室.发生医院感染的部位主要是呼吸道和泌尿道.结论临床医生护士清楚熟悉本病区流行的治病菌和多重耐药菌,有利于患者治疗过程中的合理用药,控制和预防院内感染发生. OBJECTIVE To understand the clinical distribution of multi-drug resistant organisms and the bacteria so as to provide the basis for clinical rational use of anti-microbial drugs and a reference for the improvement of control quality of nosocomial infections. METHODS The drug sensitive test and strain identification is conducted by using V-IPE2 Automated Microbiology System for Identification of Staphylococcus, then the distribution of the isolated multi-drug resistant organisms and bacteria were observed and analyzed. RESULTS Totally 2630 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, with positive ratio of 21.81%. Klebsiella pneumonia (411 strains), Candida albicans (381 strains), Escherichia coli (337 strains), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (305 strains), Acinetobacter baumanii (163 strains) are among the top 5 in the list. These pathogenic bacteria are mainly located in ICU, respiratory department, neurosurgery department, EICU. And the infection areas are respiratory tract and urinary tract. CONCLUSION Clinical nurses should understand the distribution of multi-drug resistant organisms in their department and make rational drug use which will benefit the patients’ treatment. In additional, it will be an effective way to prevent and control Nosocomial Infection.
