恶性骨肿瘤术后患者功能状态与生存质量的相关性

目的 ：探讨恶性骨肿瘤术后患者的生活功能状态和生活质量的相关性,给临床治疗治疗提供理论依据.方法 ：选取2014年2月-2016年2月在医院接受治疗的90例进行恶性骨肿瘤手术患者作为研究对象,应用功能状态评估量表对患者的功能状态进行评分,应用生存质量评分问卷调查对患者的生活质量进行评分,分析比较两者间的关系. 结果：在术后应用功能状态量表进行功能评分,平均评分为（70.6±6.5）分,患者的平均功能状态位与中等偏下的水平;患者的疼痛、恶心呕吐、疲倦、社会功能、情绪功能、躯体功能、角色功能、食欲下降、失眠、经济影响和总体健康状态均和常模比较,差异显著,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;恶性骨肿瘤患者术后的 KPS评分和社会功能、情绪功能、躯体功能、角色功能、总体健康状态呈正相关性,和疼痛、疲倦、失眠、经济影响呈负相关性.结论 ：恶性肿瘤患者的功能状态多数处于中低下水平,生存质量较低,医护人员需及时评估患者功能状态,根据评估结果给予患者干预护理,提高患者的生存质量.

Objective： To explore the correlation between the living function and quality of life of patients with malignant bone tumor after operation, and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment. Methods： select February 2014 to 2016 2 months in the hospital to accept treatment of 90 cases of malignant bone tumor surgery patients as the research object, the application of functional status assessment table on the patient’s functional status scores, using quality of life questionnaire survey on patients quality of life into the score and analysis were compared between the relationship. Results： the postoperative application of functional status scale function score, average score （70.6 ＋ 6.5）, the patients average functional status bits and moderate bias level; in patients with pain, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, social function, emotional function, physical function, role function, loss of appetite, insomnia, economic impact and overall health status and compared to the norm. Significant differences, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）; after the resection of malignant bone tumor patients KPS score and social function, emotional function, physical function, role function, overall health status was positively correlated, and pain, fatigue, insomnia, and economic impact is negative correlation. Conclusion： the functional status of patients with malignanttumors most is in low level, lower quality of life, medical personnel should timely assess the functional status of patients, according to the evaluation outcomings are given to patients with nursing intervention, improve the life quality of the patients.
