腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除手术的临床效果评价

目的探讨腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除手术的临床效果.方法本次研究对象来源于我院妇科2015年6月-2016年6月收治的子宫肌瘤患者90例,依据治疗术式分组,其中对照组（n=45）采用传统开腹手术,观察组（n=45）采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术,比较两组临床效果. 结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,对比P〈0.05;两组手术时间对比无明显差异（P〉0.05）.结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术效果优良,体现微创优势,值得推广.

Objective To investigate laparoscopic myomectomy surgery clinical results. Methods The study comes from my hospital gynecological June 2015 - 90 cases of patients with uterine fibroids treated in June 2016,based on surgical treatment groups, including control group （n=45） using the traditional open surgery,the observation group （n=45） using laparoscopic myomectomy,clinical results were compared.Results observation group than the control group, less blood loss, postoperative hospital stay was shorter than the control group, compared to P〈0.05;two groups no significant difference in operative time comparison （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Laparoscopic myomectomy effect of the fine, reflecting the advantages of minimally invasive,worthy of promotion.
