强化三级管理网络对医院感染控制的影响分析

目的：加强网络三级管理对医院感染的控制效果.方法：通过对医院感染管理过程的强化,调动医务人员的参与意识,采用问卷调查的方式,对医院感染知识、态度、水平的强化管理网络和医务人员进行问卷调查、评价和比较.结果：加强三级管理网络以后,医务人员感知的知晓率为（92.18±8.26）,预测院方的态度为（98.33%）,平均洗手次数为（75.45±58.23）/d,洗手合格率为（100%）与灭菌合格率（100%）均高于实施前.结论：加强医院感染三级管理,能显著提高医务人员的知、信、行水平,为有效控制医院感染有积极的作用.

Objective： to strengthen the control effect of three levels of network management on hospital infection. Methods： by strengthening of hospital infection management process,to mobilize medical staff participation consciousness, and adopt the questionnaire way, to the hospital knowledge of infection, attitudes, levels of strengthening network management and medical staff conducted a questionnaire survey, evaluation and comparison. Results： strengthening the three-tier management network in the future, medical staff aware awareness rate （92.18 ＋ 8.26） to predict the attitude of the hospital （98.33%）, the average number of hand washing for （75.45 ＋ 58.23） / D, hand washing compliance rate （100%） and sterilization qualified rate （100%） were higher than those before the implementation. Conclusion： to strengthen the management of nosocomial infection three levels can significantly improve the knowledge, the letter and the level of the medical staff,and it has a positive effect on the effective control of hospital infection.
