口腔即刻种植修复牙列缺损的美学观察和疗效探讨

目的：探讨口腔即刻种植修复牙列缺损的美学观察和疗效.方法：选取我院2011年8月～2013年8月收治的62例口腔即刻种植修复牙列缺损患者,患者均采用口腔修复种植体进行修复.对患者术后进行为期五年的术后回访,比较种植体稳固情况和存留情况、患者术后满意度、口腔菌斑及牙石出现情况三个方面.结果：对患者进行为期五年的术后回访,4例患者7枚种植体脱落,其余种植体稳固,根据 Buser 等评价方法,种植体5年累计存留率为93.9%,P 〈0.05;患者种植后在咀嚼功能、美观功能、舒适功能以及语言功能和总体满意度等方面均高于种植前,P 〈0.05;术后三年内患者的菌斑及牙石指数结果均达到2度以上,各度之间差异明显,P 〈0.05.结论：口腔即刻种植牙修复牙列缺损,能改善患者牙列缺损问题,疗效明显,患者满意度高,值得在临床上进行推广.

Objective： To investigate the immediate implant restoration of oral aesthetics and efficacy observed dentition defect. Conclusion： Oral Immediate implant restoration dentition defect, worth in clinical practice.
