丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者的疗效及对血清IL-10、IL-18水平的影响

目的：探讨了丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者的疗效及对血清 IL-10、IL-18水平的影响.方法：选择在本院住院的急性脑梗死患者30例,在正常治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液.结果：治疗后的临床总有效率为90%,血清IL-10、IL-18水平非常显著高于正常人组（p〈0.01）,且IL-10水平与IL-18水平呈正相关（r=0.6018,p〈0.01）.结论：急性脑梗死患者血清存在 IL-10、IL-18的高表达,参与了急性脑梗死患者的发生与发展,丹红注射液对急性脑梗死有较好的疗效,有一定的临床实用价值.

Objective：To explore the clinical effects Danhong injection and changes of serum IL-10、IL-18 levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods：30 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital were selected and added with Danhong injection on the basis of routine treatment.Results：After treatment, total efficiency rate 90.0 %,serum IL-10、IL-18 levels were significantly higher than those in controls （p〈0.01）,serum IL-10 levels were positively correlated with serum IL-18 levels （r=0.6018,p〈0.01） .Conclusions：Acute cerebral infarction serum were higher levels of IL-10、IL-18 take parting the development in acute cerebral infarction,Danhong injection is good effects,and has certain clinical practical values.
