稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并慢性肺心病的心律失常疗效评估

目的：评估稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并慢性肺心病的心律失常的疗效.方法：选取在我院接受治疗冠心病合并慢性肺心病的心律失常患者80例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,两组均给予常规对症治疗,观察组在此基础上口服地高辛加用稳心颗粒,对照组只服地高辛,观察对比两组患者治疗后的效果及不良发应情况.结果：观察组治疗后的总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,观察组不良反应发生率为7.5%,明显低于对照组,P〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论：稳心颗粒治疗冠心病合并慢性肺心病的心律失常具有良好的疗效,可有效降低不良反应发生率,值得在临床上进一步推广应用.

Objective：Assessment Wenxinkeli treating coronary heart disease complicated by chronic pulmonary heart arrhythmia effect.Methdds：Select in our hospital for treatment of coronary heart disease complicated by chronic pulmonary heart arrhythmia 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group 40 cases,two groups were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,on the basis of the observation group oral digoxin Wenxinkeli with the control group,only digoxin, the effect of the two groups were observed and compared after treatment and adverse conditions should be made.Results：The total effective observation group after treatment was 92.5%,significantly higher than the 77.5% observed incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5%,significantly lower than the control group,P 〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Wenxinkeli treating coronary heart disease complicated by chronic pulmonary heart arrhythmias have a good effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,it is worth further clinical application.
