细节护理六步法应用于小儿骨科手术中的方法及效果评价

目的：探究细节护理六步法在小儿骨科手术治疗中的应用价值. 方法：选取2011年3月-2016年3月在我院住院行骨科手术的患儿181例,随机分为两组,对照组74例,采用常规的药物、饮食及心理护理;研究组107例,采用细节护理六步法进行护理,比较两组患儿治疗前后的疼痛评分、护理质量评分、术后不良反应及护理满意度.结果：经过治疗两组患儿的疼痛均有所缓解,但研究组患儿的疼痛评分及护理质量评分均明显优于对照组,且不良反应发生概率小,护理满意度较高.结论：采用细节护理六步法对骨科手术患儿进行护理,能有效提高患儿的依从性,加快疼痛缓解,提高护理治疗,解决护患关系,具有临床推广价值.

Objective：To explore the details of the Nursing six-step in pediatric orthopaedic surgery application value. Methods： Select March 2011 -- March 2016 in our hospital 181 cases of children with the line of orthopedic surgery, were randomly divided into two groups, 74 cases in the control group, using conventional drugs, diet and psychological nursing; 107 cases of the study group, the use of details of the six-step nursing care, before and after comparison of two groups of children to treat pain scores, quality of care score, postoperative adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction. Results：After treatment of two groups of children with pain eased, but the team the patient’s pain score and nursing quality score were significantly better than the control group, and the adverse reaction probability is small, and the nursing satisfaction was higher. Conclusion：Nursing care of children undergoing the six steps of the nursing in detail nursing,can effectively improve the compliance of the patients, accelerate the pain relief, improve the nursing treatment, and resolve the relationship between nurses and patients, and has the value of clinical promotion.
