探讨细节护理在医院体检中心中的应用方法及效果

目的：探讨细节护理在医院体检中心中的应用方法及效果. 方法：选取2014年3月至2016年3月于本院体检中心体检的受检者共138例,随机分为观察组与对照组各69例,对照组给予常规体检中心护理,观察组于对照组基础上给予细节护理,对比护理效果.结果：观察组护理满意率、体检时间、体检效率、突发事件及体检投诉率均明显优于对照组,组间对比差异明显,有统计意义（P〈0.05）;结论：细节护理于医院体检中心中应用可有效提升受检者体检满意度,缩短体检时间,提升体检中心工作效率,护理效果显著,值得推广.

objective： to discuss the details of nursing care in the hospital physical examination center, the application of the approach and outcoming. Methods： selecting in March 2014 to March 2014 in our hospital physical examination center of medical subjects, a total of 138 cases were randomly divided into observation group and the control group （n = 69）, the control group given conventional nursing medical center, based on the observation group in the control group to give details of nursing, nursing effect. Results： the observation group nursing satisfaction,physical examination, physical examination time efficiency, emergency and medical claims were significantly better than the control group, the obvious contrast difference between groups, with statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）; Conclusion： nursing care in the hospital physical examination center application details patients can effectively improve physical satisfaction, shorten the examination time, improve work efficiency in the physical examination center, nursing effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
