中医临床护理路径对脾心痛（急性胰腺炎轻型）患者实施优质护理的效果体会

目的探讨脾心痛（急性胰腺炎轻型）患者实行中医临床护理路径优质护理的干预效果,为临床工作提供参考依据.方法从我院2015年11月至2016年6月的脾心痛（急性胰腺炎轻型）患者中抽取38例以信封随机分组的方法均分为对照组和实验组,分别实施优质护理和优质护理基础上的中医临床护理分别实施优质护理和优质护理基础上的中医临床护理,然后从护理的依从性和满意度这个方面来统计分析.结果两组患者护理依从性评分具有显著差异,p 〈0.05,并且对照组患者的满意度远比实验组低,分别为73.68%和94.74%.结论脾心痛（急性胰腺炎轻型）患者采用中医临床护理路径进行优质护理,无论从患者的依从性还是满意度上都有大幅提高.

Objective Investigating the effect of nursing care of patients with splenic precordial pain （acute pancreatitis） with high quality nursing of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical reference. Methods From November 2015 to June 2016, 38 cases of splenic pain （acute pancreatitis） patients were randomly divided by envelope into the control group and the experimental group. The control group were given high quality nursing while the experimental group were given Clinical nursing of traditional Chinese Medicine on the basis of high quality nursing . Patients compliance and degree of satisfaction were compared between the two groups. The two groups of patients with nursing compliance scores were significantly different, p 〈 0.05,and the Patients compliance in the control group（73.68%） were lower than the experimental group（94.74%）.Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing of traditional Chinese medicin can improve both Patients compliance and degree of satisfaction.
