左肝外侧叶部分切除术后肝脏形态及肝功能恢复情况

目的：探究左肝外侧叶部分切除术后肝体积及肝功能恢复情况.方法：选取2000年 1月-2015年1 月在我院接受治疗的80例左肝内胆管结石行左肝外侧叶部分切除的患者作为研究对象,研究患者术后肝体积以及肝功能恢复情况.结果：在术后第1天患者肝功能恢复情况与术前基本相同.在术后第7天,患者在ALT（谷丙转苷酶）、AST（谷草转氨酶）以及STB（总胆红素）等方面的恢复与术前相比较为明显,并且数据对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.另外,在患者的第1月、第2月与第3月的恢复状况中,患者的肝体积以及肝功能恢复较为迅速,基本接近术前水平.结论：在对左肝肝内胆管结石患者的手术治疗中,左肝外侧叶部分切除术更加有利于患者术后肝体积及肝功能的恢复,因此在对患者的临床治疗中,为了提升患者的治疗效果,可以对其进行临床应用和推广.

objective： to explore the left lateral lobe liver and liver function recovery after resection of liver volume. Conclusion： on the left liver surgical treatment of patients with intrahepatic bile duct stones, more conducive to the left lateral lobe resection of liver in patients with postoperative liver volume and the recovery of liver function, so in the clinical treatment of patients, in order to improve the treatment effect of patients, to clinical application and promotion.
