鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎56例临床分析

目的： 探讨鼻内镜手术治疗非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的方法及疗效. 方法： 总结我科2010年1 月～2016 年1月收治的56例真菌性鼻窦炎的临床资料, 进而研究其临床表现、CT 现象、手术方法及疗效.结果 ： 随访6个月-3年,所有患者均治愈,无一例复发.结论 ： 非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎与其鼻腔的局部因素密切相关,鼻窦 CT 是诊断真菌性鼻窦炎的重要方法,手术彻底清除鼻窦内的病变组织、建立通畅的引流通道是治疗的关键.

Objective： To study the approach and therapeutic effectiveness of non-invasive fungal rhinosinusitis in the Functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods：Data of 56 patients with fungal sinusitis admitted from January2010 to January 2016 were summarized.The clinical manifestations CT data,operation approach and its curative effect were analyzed.Results：All cases were followed up for 6 months to 3 years cured without recurrence.Conclusion： Non-invasive real Yin sinusitis are related with abnormal anatomy and the pathological changes of nasal cavity,and CT is the important approach that diagnoses the fungal rhinosinusitis. Complete removal of sinus lesions and the establishment of patency of the long-term drainage channel are the key points of the treatment.
