足月妊娠促宫颈成熟应用两种宫颈扩张球囊的效果对比研究

目的：对比研究足月妊娠促宫颈成熟应用两种宫颈扩张球囊的效果.方法：选取我院2014年3月到 2016年3月期间收治的足月妊娠产妇300例为研究对象,将其按照数字随机化法分为对照组和试验组,每组各150例产妇.其中试验组采用 COOK 双腔宫颈扩张球囊,对照组采用单腔宫颈扩张球囊,比较两组产妇在应用宫颈扩张球囊后的效果.结果：两组产妇应用球囊前的Bishop评分相比差异不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）,并且两组自然临产、促宫颈成熟有效率和经阴道分娩的比例相比差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,但单腔宫颈扩张球囊的放置时间更长,两组数据差异具有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论：足月妊娠促宫颈成熟应用两种宫颈扩张球囊的效果相当,临床上可根据产妇的实际情况选择相应的宫颈扩张球囊.

Objective： To study the effect of two cervical dilation balloon on cervical ripening in term pregnancy. Methods： 300 cases of term pregnant women in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected as the research object, and divided them into the control group and the experimental group according to the digital random approach, 150 cases in each group. The test group using COOK double cavity cervical dilation balloon, the control group using a single cavity cervical dilation balloon, compared the two groups of maternal in the application of cervical dilation balloon effect. Results： The two groups were compared using balloon Bishop scores before the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）, and two groups of natural labor, cervical ripening rate and vaginal delivery rate was no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）, but the single cavity balloon dilatation of the cervix is placed longer, with statistical significance between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of two cervical dilation balloon is equivalent to the cervical ripening in term pregnancy, and the corresponding cervical dilation balloon can be selected according to the actual situation of the women.
