手术患者应用全方位护理对围术期应激反应于满意度影响研究

目的：研究手术患者应用全方位护理对围术期应激反应于满意度影响. 方法：选择2014年1月至2016年5月我院行手术治疗的患者100例作为研究对象, 根据随机数字法,将100例患者分成两组,取其中50例患者围术期行常规护理为对照组,另外50例围术期行全方位护理为观察组,比较两组应激反应与护理满意度.结果：观察组术中心率、血压、疼痛反应等均优于对照组, 两组对比具有统计学意义 （P〈0.05） ;观察组护理满意度74%, 对照组护理满意度34%, 观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组, 两组对比具有统计学意义 （P〈0.05）.结论：手术患者应用全方位护理效果理想,能明显减轻患者的应激反应,提高护理满意度,值得推广应用.

Objective： To study the effects of all-round nursing on perioperative stress response in patients undergoing surgery. Methods： From January 2014 to May 2016, 100 patients who underwent surgery were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number method. Fifty patients underwent routine nursing Control group, the other 50 cases of perioperative care for the observation group, compared the two groups of stress response and care satisfaction. Results： The heart rate, blood pressure and pain response of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 74%, the control group 34% Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group, the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： All - round nursing is ideal for patients with surgery. It can relieve the stress reaction and improve the nursing satisfaction. It is worthy to be popularized and applied.
