摘要
目的:探索品管圈活动在缩短住院患者院内检查转运时间中的应用.方法:通过品管圈活动,对我院住院患院内检查转运时间进行调查分析.找出过程中转运时间长,耗费运输人力多,病人抱怨多的环节作为改善的重点.结果:经过对住院患者院内检查进行流程重组,分时段运送,对运输人员实行阵型化分布、建立运输信息管理系统,完善相关制度等对策,缩短了住院患者院内检查转运时间.结论:品管圈活动在缩短住院患者院内检查转运时间,提高运输工作效率,提高医疗运输安全,提高患者满意度方面效果明显,提高了医护人员工作的积极性、主动性,创造性,提高了圈员的团队精神和质量管理能力.
Objective: To explore the application of quality control circle activity in shortening the time of hospitalized patients examination and transshipment. Methods: Through the quality control circle activity, the investigation and analysis of the time of hospitalized patients examination and transshipment in our hospital were carried out. Find out the long time of transit time, the cost of transport manpower, the patient complained of many links as the focus of improvement. Results: After the process reengineering of inpatients for examination, sub-periods transportation, the formation of the distribution of transport personnel, to establishing the transportation information management system, improve the relevant system and other measures to shorten the transit time of inpatients in examination. Conclusion: Quality control circle activities to shorten the time of hospitalized patients examination and transshipment, improve transport efficiency, improve medical transportation safety, improve patient satisfaction has obvious effect, improve the work of medical staff enthusiasm, initiative, creativity, improve the circle members’ team spirit and quality management capability.
