应用PDCA管理方法提高新生儿在院期间纯母乳喂养率

目的： 探讨新生儿在院期间纯母乳喂养的难点与对策,运用PDCA 管理模式进行成因分析,计划、执行、改善,提高产妇产后在院期间关键时间点进行纯母乳喂养,提高新生儿纯母乳喂养率.方法： 对我院在院期间（除去病理性因素的母亲和新生儿）的所有产妇/新生儿每月进行统计分析,应用PDCA 循环模式进行不断改进,进行目标质量管理.结果 ： 从2013年1月开始至2015年12月,我院的“新生儿在院期间的母乳喂养率”2013年15.47%,2014年达到33.02%,2015年达到51.01%.结论 ： PDCA 循环质量管理模式是一种以孕产妇为中心的全程互动管理模式,能改善孕产妇对母乳喂养的认知,有效提高医护人员对母乳喂养知识的掌握和技能,提高住院期间新生儿纯母乳喂养率,降低母婴发病率,提高母婴健康水平.

Objective： Discussing the difficulty and countermeasure of newborn exclusive breastfeeding during hospital, to improve maternal exclusive breastfeeding after production key point in time, and increase the rate of newborn exclusive breastfeeding. Method： For all maternal in our hospital （removal of pathological factors mother）, we monthly do statistical analysis, and use PDCA cycle model continually to improve, manage the target quality. Result： From January 2013 to December 2015, newborns in 2013during the period of our hospital, whose average exclusive breastfeeding rate was15.47%, 2014 reached to 33.02%, and to 51.01% in 2015. Conclusion： Quality management model of PDCA cycle is a kind of interaction management mode taking maternal as the center of the whole, which can improve maternal perception of breastfeeding, effectively improve the knowledge and skills of medical staff breastfeeding, reduce the incidence of maternal and infant, and raise the level of maternal and child health.
