微创痔疮手术（PPH）治疗重症痔疮的临床效果评价

目的：分析微创痔疮手术（PPH）治疗重症痔疮的临床效果.方法：收取我院60例重症痔疮患者,并将患者分为两组,收取时间为2013年4月到 2015年3月期间,对照组患者采用传统手术进行治疗,观察组患者采用微创痔疮手术治疗,将两组重症痔疮患者治疗后的术后切口愈合时间、术中出血量、手术平均时间、总有效率进行对比.结果：观察组重症痔疮患者的总有效率93.33%高于对照组,观察组患者术后切口愈合时间（3.54±0.65）天、术中出血量（12.98±0.99）ml、手术平均时间（30.21±2.14）min优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：微创痔疮手术（PPH）治疗重症痔疮具有良好的临床效果,值得在临床中进一步推广与应用.

Objective： To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery （PPH） in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. Methods： Sixty patients with severe hemorrhoids were collected and divided into two groups. The patients were collected from April 2013 to March 2015. The patients in the control group were treated with traditional surgery. The patients in the observation group were treated with minimally invasive Hemorrhoids surgery, the two groups of patients with severe hemorrhoids after the treatment of wound healing time, intraoperative blood loss, the average time of surgery, the total efficiency were compared. Results： The total effective rate was 93.33% in the patients with severe hemorrhoids in the observation group, and 3.54 ± 0.65 days in the observation group, 12.98 ± 0.99 ml in the observation group, Mean time （30.21 ± 2.14） min was better than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The minimally invasive hemorrhoid surgery （PPH） has a good clinical effect in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids. It is worthy to be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.
