中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察

目的 分析中西医结合治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效.方法 收集2014年03月-2016年04月我院呼吸内科门诊就诊的 100例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者作为本次实验的研究对象,对100例患者实施 随机分组.对照组50例患者实施布地奈德福莫特罗干粉吸入剂治疗,治疗组50例患者实施健脾益气复方中药 ＋布地奈德福莫特罗干粉吸入剂治疗,分析比较两组咳嗽变异性哮喘患者治疗前后的咳嗽症状积分、视觉模糊评分、血清IgE 水平、肺功能（FEV1、FEV1/FVC）指标.结果 治疗前,两组患者的咳嗽症状积分、视觉模糊评分无显著区别,p 〉0.05;治疗后,治疗组患者的咳嗽症状积分、视觉模糊评分显著优于对照组患者,组间比较结果存在明显差异,p 〈0.05;但两组患者治疗前后的血清 IgE 水平、肺功能指标无显著差异,p 〉0.05.结论 布地奈德福莫特罗干粉吸入剂加健脾益气复方中药治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效显著,值得推广.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma. Methods 100 cases of cough variant asthma patients in our hospital from March to April of 2016 years in my hospital were randomly divided into 100 case . Patients in the control group （50 cases） in patients with the implementation of budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation therapy, the treatment group 50 cases in patients with the implementation of Jianpi Yiqi compound Chinese medicine ＋ budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation in the treatment of and analysis were compared between the two groups of cough variant asthma patients before and after the cough symptom scores, blurred vision scores, serum IgE levels and lung function （FEV1, FEV1 / FVC） index. Results Before treatment, two groups of patients with cough symptom scores and visual fuzzy scores had no significant difference, P 〉 0.05; after treatment, the treatment group of patients with cough symptom scores, blurred vision scores were significantly better than the control group and between groups comparison results are significant difference, P 〈 0.05）. But before and after treatment in two groups of patients with serum IgE levels and lung function without significant difference, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion Budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation plus Jianpi Yiqi compound traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma has significant clinical effect and is worthy to be popularized.
