产后不同时间康复按摩治疗肠胀气及缺乳效果比较

目的 研究和探讨产后不同时间康复按摩 对剖宫产术后肠胀气及缺乳的临床治疗效果.方法 选择我院2016年2月至2016年6月的剖宫产术后产后肠胀气及缺乳患者206例,将这些患者随机分为康复按摩治疗组、康复按摩对照组两组,每组分别为103例,治疗组产妇产后24h 内即进行康复按摩,对照组康复按摩从产后24h 后开始.治疗三天后观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果 治疗组103例患者的平均肠鸣音恢复时间为（15.70±4.46）h,平均肛门排气时间为（24.47±4.96）h,初始泌乳时间为（15.17±7.12）h,母乳喂养率为 98.06%;对照组103例患者的平均肠鸣音恢复时间为 （28.86±5.53）h,平均肛门排气时间为（37.23±2.61）h;初始泌乳时间为（24.71±4.87）h,母乳喂养率为77.67%;治疗组四组数据均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 产后24h 内进行康复按摩对预防产后肠胀气和治疗产后缺乳具有更加显著的临床疗效,值得在临床上大力推广.

Objective To study the treatment of postpartum rehabilitation massage during cesarean section flatulence and clinical therapeutic effect of hypogalactia. Methods Study selection from February 2016 to June 2016 after cesarean section of 206 patients with cesarean section flatulence and hypogalactia. These patients were randomly divided into treatment group （103 cases） and control group （103 cases）. The cases in treatment group starting from rehabilitation massage within 24h .The control group rehabilitation massage from postpartum after 24h. Three days later to compare the clinical effect of two groups of patients. Results Treatment group ,103 patients of average peristaltic sound recovery time （15.70±4.46） h, average anorectum exhaust time （24.47±4.96） h, average the initial lactation time （15.17±7.12）h, Pure breast-feeding rate was 98.06%.Control group ,103 patients of average peristaltic sound recovery time （28.86±5.53） h, average anorectum exhaust time （37.23±2.61） h, average the initial lactation time （24.71±4.87） h, Pure breast-feeding rate was 77.67%.Two groups treat the outcoming to process after statistics （P〈0.05）, has the significant difference, the treatment group surpasses the control group obviously. Conclusion Compared with control group, rehabilitation massage within 24h to prevent postpartum flatulence and treatment of hypogalactia has more significant curative effect.It is worthy of being widely popularized in clinical application.
